Arabic - Qur'an Transliteration 1
Surat al-Baqira 2:3

Al-ladhiyna yu’minuwna bi il-ghaybi
The ones, we believing,  in the secret/unseen (realms)

Wa yuqiymuwna as-salaawta
And erect/stand/accomplish, the prayer/intercession

Wa min maa razaqnaahum yun~fiquwna. (3)
And from that provisions, they (are) spending

Uwlaa’ika ‘alaa hudaayar Rabbihim,
These (are) upon a guidence, LORDs, theirs

Wa uwla’ika humu al-muf~lihuwn. (5)
And these (are) His, the succeful/competant

Inna al-ladhiyna kafaruw sawaa’un ‘aliyhim ‘a an~dhartum
Surely the ones, defacers, accompanying upon them then warning/admonition

Am lam tun~dhir huwa laa yu’minuwn. (6)
But not warned (are) they, no belief/acceptance

Word Bank
    Yu’minuwn – (‘a-m-n) – verb, believing, having convictions

    Ghayb – (gh-y-b) – unseen, world beyond mental and corporeal observation, angels,
    jinns, Powers of God, meanings within words that refer to such conditions

    Yuqiym – (q-y-m) – verb - stand, line up, accomplish, erect
    Example: sirat al-mustaqiym (X) form (of) the station of ongoing accomplishment,
    tenure

    Razaqna – (r-z-q) – sustenance, food, possessions – both material and spiritual

    Nafaquwn – (n-f-q) – spend, lay out, buy, give
    Example: nifaaq – not spending, withdrawn, hypocritical, spent/bought something
    else
    Contrast the words, where one condition is giving, satisfying the requirements; the
    other is accepting by sign, but not actually doing the outlay of inner effort required
    to gain ‘Imaan.

    Huday – (h-d-y) – ‘Asma al-Husna, Guide, Point Source, guide star, a never
    changing point

    Muf~lihuwn – (f-l-h) – falah is success, accomplishment, lack of need, mazdar=
    successful

    Tun~dhiruwn – (n-dh-r) – passing verb, warned, warning, prompt, admonished

    Sawa’uw – (s-w-‘a) – with, accompanying, companion with, forced, stint

    Kafiruwn – (k-f-r) redact, deface, cover over,
    Contrast kafara, a good word that means to cover, with kafariyn, those who defaced
    the verses and practices in the Qur’an that they did not like. Because of that, these
    were called disbelivers.
